Pueblo Chili Co. was created by Raquel Vigueras—a graphic designer turned hot sauce powerhouse—from Regina, Saskatchewan. Pueblo Chili Co. is dedicated to all those affected by the 1973 coup, especially Raquel's father. The business not only serves as a culinary venture but also as a tribute to the resilience and unity of the Chilean people during challenging times. Following the sizzling triumph of the limited edition Smoked Peach Reaper, Pueblo decided to keep the heat alive by making it a permanent fixture in their Rotating Collection. We were thrilled to spice things up with a label makeover, showcasing hand-drawn visuals that capture the essence of the sauce itself.
